Day 4: Japanese adventures

Today was Sunday so we got up and went to church at Trinity Lutheran in Toowoomba. After that we explored the church grounds looking for spiders and green ants. We climbed a tree and had some morning tea.

We then moved on to Emmanuel Lutheran at the church where Chris and Haidee got married and the college where Chris went to school. We had more morning tea and climbed another tree. It started getting really hot so we went home.

We played with Barry's gigantic dogs (great danes) called Goku and Shinobi and the pug Lulu. We got hand shakes and high fives and big sloppy dog drool kisses.

We packed up some lunch and headed to the Japanese Gardens for a picnic. We saw turtles, fish, ducks, ibises, blue triangle butterflies, bunya pines, lizards, a zen garden, bamboo, bonsai trees and waterfalls.

After that we went to visit Ducky and PD (Poppy Dad) who are Chris's grandparents. There was a small shower of rain and we hunted up lots of lizards. It was fun.

We watched a movie and played with the cats and had a BBQ dinner followed by a shower and bed.
